Responsibilities
Member Experience
Member Experience
- Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Check members in and assist with account questions.
- Answer phones, emails, and member inquiries.
- Resolve basic member concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
Retail & Sales
- Educate members on supplements, apparel, and promotions.
- Process retail purchases accurately.
- Maintain merchandising standards.
- Restock inventory and communicate low stock.
Club Operations
- Complete assigned cleaning and reset rotations.
- Maintain locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces.
- Complete opening, mid-day, or closing checklists.
- Follow all operational procedures and safety standards.
Administrative
- Process memberships, freezes, upgrades, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate member records.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems and technology.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 45 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
- Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
